This is a colourful gorgeous tunic dress by Global Desi There is no size label however pit to pit measures 16 inches so I would suggest a size 8 or small 10. The material also has some give/stretch. No care label but given the fact its dry clean only and the material is super soft and comfortable I would say its some kind of wool blend Excellent condition It has amazing detailing and embellishments - beads and sequins around the neck and bottom of the dress.
