The history of "Settefili Cashmere" is still young, starting in 2009 when Michele Paoliero began a small workshop in Ferrara, Italy, with 7 employees. He had been involved in the fashion agency business since 1990 and built trust with many people due to his keen eye. The brand name "Settefili" means "7 threads," and the name comes from the meaning of the number "7."
"Settefili Cashmere" uses a rare Swiss-made vintage knitting machine (made by DUBIED) in the world. The cashmere knitwear, finished by specialized craftsmen with over 20 years of experience, always maintains designs and quality that cannot be imitated by major knitwear manufacturers. The materials mainly use cashmere, cashmere & silk, cashmere & linen, etc., using the finest yarns with a rich color variation from the Italian spinning mill "Cariaggi." They are involved in everything from yarn selection, design, cashmere-specific techniques, and finishing processes, and have absolute confidence in the quality of their products.
