This is a vintage Saltarelli jewelry set that includes a necklace and screwback earrings set in a gold tone metal.
MISSING A RHINESTONE ON THE NECKLACE AND ONE ON AN EARRING. The rhinestone missing on the necklace is the one closest to the hook.
